The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful pool and very clean rooms with modern amenities. The staff was cute and always available to help us with transportation. The hotel is amazing location, very close to all the touristic hotspots of the area, making it easy for us to explore this wonderful city. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of options that catered to everyone's dietary restrictions.

Great hospitality provided by the family running the hotel, they were very welcoming to us during our New Year's stay. The breakfast was healthy and fresh and we appreciate the homemade local dishes they offered. The location is in close proximity to tourist spots, which made it easy to explore. The pool was clean and a joy to swim in.

The poor road condition, which made it hard to access the hotel. The hotel was also located a bit far out, so it was inconvenient to go back and forth from the hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the lush surroundings of this hidden treasure. the location was perfect for those who want to stay off the beaten path, but still have easy access to nearby attractions. the room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. the homemade breakfast was a standout, with unique and tasty options. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality from the friendly staff and their cute pets.

The rustic design of the hotel may not be for everyone. As expected, we experienced a few issues with warm water not being available in the morning and high humidity in the room.

This hidden gem is nestled in the luscious jungle, yet still close to the excitement. It's located just a short distance from all the main tourist attractions and town centers. the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and stunningly modern. the service is incomparable as the warm and welcoming hosts treat you like family. Being able to start the day with a delicious breakfast and taking in the natural beauty that surrounds you is priceless.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Tzalam Tulum Selva. The owners, Fernando and her husband, were cute and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the surrounding nature. We loved the peaceful vibe and the opportunity to connect with nature. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the pets were a good addition to our stay. Despite the short road to get there being a bit rough, the tranquility and beauty of the location made it all worth it. we highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast.
